Deb listened to what I was wanting for my first home. She took everything in and complied with some searches. She helped me from the beginning to understand the whole process when purchasing my first home. That really helped me feel more comfortable with moving forward with this new journey. I had found some to start off that I found interest in and it was easy to set up times as she worked with my schedule. I looked at a unit in the development where I am now and that unit became a backup as I was shown the current unit. When it came to the negotiating She assisted and let me do a lot of it as I felt. I was surprised as to how quickly it went and was pleased where it was landed. Prior to that I had looked at the unit a few times as I wanted to make sure and get a feel that this is what I was wanting. When all was said and done, she was with me through the closing and then after making sure I had got all I needed and been moved in. I was pleased with Deb allowing the usage with a company moving truck and that was a very easy process. I was surprised how big it was and was able to get everything in. Deb went above and beyond to make sure I had an excellent experience, and I appreciated all the help she provided with this.

Ingrid provided valuable assistance in selling a unique property in Waukee during a challenging seller's market. We went under contract in less than 2 weeks after the listing first aired for a really good price. She was very hands-on during the contract period to address a number of repairs and other work needed to complete the sale, including recommending contractors and vendors and overseeing their work. She definitely earned her commission!
