Ian was amazing to work with. He understood our wants and never pressured us to look at or put an offer in on a house until we found the perfect home. He went above and beyond to create an amazing listing for the house we were selling, because of this we got a great offer above asking. He responded extremely fast to messages and was very easy to work with. My family and I are very grateful to have found Ian and are so grateful he was able to help us get our dream home.

First time home buyer here. Ian was amazing from day 1 and made the process so easy as a first time home buyer who had no idea what to do. It took us not more than a month and half to find a property and put in an offer. I highly recommend him for his knowledge and respect for me and my time and how he was able to work around my availability. I still have his number on my phone and will be calling him a lot regarding any more questions i have with the new house

Working with Ian was a great experience. He listened to my ideas/concerns when we met to discuss selling our home. He was receptive to my feedback and was always ready with information for me. I’d recommend Ian for several reasons, but the most important ones to me are that he’s easy to work with, patient, and is adaptive to the changing situations. His demeanor is pleasant, he treated our sale as a partnership, and he has a great sense of humor. I’ve been involved in several real estate transactions both as a buyer and a seller. Ian’s approach is definitely one that stands out.

Jody was absolutely fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and even found alternate agents to help show properties at times when she was not available. Jody is very quick to respond, and so professional. Definitely the best realtor I’ve ever worked with.

Ian was recommended by my best friend who used him when they were house hunting. He found them their forever home, and was very hands on! We were feeling overwhelmed, I’m from North Jersey and my boyfriend is from Philadelphia, and we need a house that works logistically for both sets of parents. In the short time I’ve known Ian, he’s gone from being our realtor to family. Ian isn’t pushy and won’t waste your time on a home if it doesn’t fit your needs. He will also tell you directly, if a house needs a lot of work or not because pictures can be deceiving. As we continue looking for our home, I’ve realized looking for a house is a science and a very personalized experience. Everyone has a different criteria, needs and expectations. Ian makes note of what works for us and what doesn’t after every house visit. Ian and I joke that he’s a matchmaker for anyone house hunting, except I know we won’t have to settle for 60% or 70%, it will be a 100% with Ian! We trust Ian, and we can’t wait to find our home with Ian!
