Catherine is the most hardworking, personable, and reliable realtor on the market right now. We were so nervous to be working with a pro on our search for a house, but Cat was PERFECT. Her knowledge of all the neighborhoods in Philadelphia as well as her ability to negotiate with other realtors in order to make sure all of our needs were met was top notch. I couldn't suggest a better realtor in the area. Cat helped us narrow down which neighborhoods might be best for us and then took us on a tour of over 20 properties through two weeks time, making sure we foudn exactly what we were looking for. She was always available by email or text, even for last minute showings. We couldn't have asked for more.
