Ian was my agent when I purchased my home over 11 years ago, he always stayed in touch and kept me up to date on market trends. When it came time to sell, I reached out to Ian again to list my home. He did a great job providing advice on things to do to get it list ready, priced it perfectly for the market so that I would get over asking, which I did and had my home sold and closed in less than 30 days! His whole process for listing was great - the photos, video, and whole marketing package looked amazing, especially compared to others I've seen. Ian provides the whole package and was always available for any questions I had. I highly recommend Ian and his team for your real estate needs.
