Helen Keit was my broker for several years, from the moment I thought about selling my house until we finally put it on the market. Throughout this period, Helen regularly called me with updates on the market and suggestions for presenting my house in the best possible light. It was a challenging time when the house went on the market because mortgage rates were rapidly increasing. Yet it was because of Helen’s descriptions about the house and her pricing strategy that the house sold within two weeks.
