Heather Mistretta went above and beyond her contracted duties to provide ideas early in the process. I felt completely comfortable with Heather's abilities and knowledge of properties in Grants Pass. I would hire Heather again in a heartbeat to sell any property. This is the 2nd property of ours that Heather has sold. I can not recommend Heather Mistretta enough.

Heather is the best! Very professional, detail oriented, paperwork consistently on point and arriving to or from us in a timely manner. Excellent highly skills, returned calls promptly, questions or concerns were given her full attention, we never had to guess what the next steps would be with negotiations, house inspections, or needed repairs. We would certainly use her services in the future and recommend her to our friends and family.

Heather did an excellent job handling the buying process. Especially since we were out of state at the time of purchase. She also helped with finding a realtor where we live in Colorado to get our property sold.

Heather was the consummate professional realtor. From pricing our home to marketing and negotiating she showed her skills. We ran into some issues with inspections and she helped us work through them at the lowest expense possible. We appreciate all Heathers expertise!!
