Wendy was incredible in guiding us through our relocation from Chicago to Darien, CT. She worked with us for seven months before we found our home. Being long distance meant Wendy was our eyes on the ground. She visited available homes multiple times, took detailed videos, and educated us on every single home we looked at, as well as the towns. She was able to find our home, and the confidence we had in her allowed us to purchase it, sight unseen, from a distance, against multiple competitive bids. Even after we closed on our home, Wendy stuck by our side and connected us with the necessary businesses and resources to get settled. I would recommend Wendy in a heartbeat as she genuinely cared about ensuring our new home was the right fit for myself, my husband, and our children. Simply put, she's just the best!

Wendy was beyond amazing in helping us sell our house!! She guided us in timing the sale to maximize our result. She found a stager for us when we requested one on a tight timeline and at a competitive price, and worked tirelessly from the first showing until we were under contract. Wendy has an eye for details, suggesting small changes and additions (baskets, planters, etc.) that were eye-catching. Wendy is friendly, ethical, smart and professional- it's rare to find all of those qualities existing at the same time. I would absolutely work with Wendy again and highly recommend her!!
