To say our situation was complicated is an understatement, but she went above and beyond, advising us on preparing the houses, which helped us to be under contract in 48 hours on the first and 24 hours on the second. When it came to buying, Haley was available for whatever showings we needed and communicated quickly and effectively with both us and the listing agent to get the deal done quickly. You will not find a better agent than Haley Ward. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying and selling, and she maintains exquisite protections for both buyer and seller to ensure everyone is happy with their purchase/sale. She knew the answers to every question I had, and she goes above and beyond her job duties to help everyone be happy! She even held onto some flooring that was mistakenly delivered! She is a workhorse, and she was working around the clock to ensure things ran smoothly for everyone. I can not say enough good things about her. She deserves every single great comment she has received. She was always able to keep everything calm for everyone, and she always gave the best recommendations.
