I'm so lucky that Hak was my real estate agent! He helped my boyfriend and me find our dream apartment in our dream neighborhood and made the process so easy and seamless. Hak Bin has been a great resource to me and my wife. He helped us when we bought our coop years ago. He made the process so easy and coached us along the way. When the time came to sell, we didn’t even think about reaching out to someone else. As with our purchase, he made the selling process an easy task. We were prepared to be on the market for months but thanks to Hak Bin, it didn’t take nearly that long

I was selling my coop (first time seller!) in Queens and he was referred to me by several people in my building that enjoyed working with him. He really lived up to the hype. Hak met with me to survey my apartment, and you can tell right away that he is patient and thorough. He really was a great teacher through the entire process. He's also very trustworthy--I really liked the fact that he told me right away that what I thought my apartment was worth was not realistic. Startling, but honest--and it brought me down to earth. By pricing my apartment the right way, with his guidance, there was a ton of interest. I'll also say this about Hak--he's reliable. He does what he says, and if he feels he might be late, or not able to deliver, he calls. He values your time. I also really appreciated that Hak listened well to my concerns and ideas--and addressed them well. There is something very calming about Hak, so if you are nervous about the sales process, he's your guy.
