We got to work with Guy both on the buying and selling end on our house in Chelan. Guy knows the Chelan community better than any other agent, is intricately involved with and friends with everyone in Chelan making big decisions, and is always "in the know" of upcoming changes, financial factors at play etc. Guy is very pleasant to work with, responded to all of my texts or calls within hours, and gave us excellent advice for listing prices, fair purchase prices etc. Perhaps most impressive about Guy is his integrity. There were several times when buying that he could have tried to get a bigger commission on a more expensive house, but instead listened to what we needed and our price range to find us a perfect fit. On the selling side, there were multiple moments where we thought we would not be able to sell, and Guy graciously accepted this (but later found a connection to sell the house after all!). Could not recommend Guy Evans more!

Guy was great to work with. He knew the market and was very realistic with us in pricing our condo to sell. He was always available when we had questions and helped us negotiate a mutually acceptable sale price when we had a buyer. He was there throughout the process.
