I wish I could give him 0 stars. Find another EXPERIENCED agent! DO NOT with him. Our experience with him as first time home buyers was horrible. He was unprofessional, did not communicate. We’re muslims, middle eastern and felt discriminated against. It felt like he did not want to work with us from the beginning but we gave him the benefit of doubt. Not a wise decision. We should have listened to our gut feeling and switched agents. We were so stressed out by the process and he just added to it. If you’re a first time home buyer or a person of color or muslim find another agent.

My Buyer Agent, Amanda Woodbury from Century21 Bradley LLC, did an outstanding job in helping me find my ideal house. As a first-time buyer at the Fort Wayne Real Estate Market, I was completely clueless about where is the correct direction to go. So, in my first month of house-hunting, I looked into the house market singlehandedly with little outcome. Fortunately, starting at the very beginning of my 2nd month, I encountered Amanda via Zillow and then the whole story changed from a painstaking clueless search into a crystal-clear direction by having her as my Buyer Agent. During this 1-month house transaction process, Amanda not only demonstrated her kindness to her clients, knowledge of the real-estate industry, and high efficiency in streamlining numerous work orders, but also possessed high negotiation skills with both the seller and the listing agent. Because of her negotiation skills, she was able to lower the closing price for me by $5,500. More importantly, with her negotiation skills, I was finally able to retain all fancy beautiful furniture in that house with "As-Is" conditions without paying anything from my own pocket. This is really amazing of her!!! Now, while I am sitting in my quite spacious master bedroom of this 2-bed, 2-bath new condo house, I can't help thanking Amanda for her tremendous help to make my 30-year long house-owner dream finally come true. So, hereby, I highly recommend Amanda Woodbury as one of the best Buyer Agents in Fort Wayne real-estate market, especially for those buyers who are new to the housing market with no/very little experiences.
