We loved working with Patrick on both finding and purchase of our new home, as well as the selling of our old. The process was smooth and trouble free. Patrick goes out of his way to give you good information and direction in both buying and selling. I would hesitate to work with Patrick again in the future. I have and will continue to recommend him as a realtor.

He was amazing. He replied to everything we asked. Very knowledgeable. So nice. We would recommend him every time!!! He calls to follow up in case we have questions or issues. He stops over to help with paper work. He never hurries, always patient with us. He found us a realtor in NC that is very nice, and he is helping with the sale of our NC home. He has gone out of his way to take care of faxing and scanning documents. We couldn't ask for a more attentive realtor. Hopefully we'll stay in touch and be able to recommend him in the future to family and friends. He has made our experience so stress free that we actually had time to enjoy moving into our new home. He tells us that if we have any issues to just call and he'll be there to help us.

Amanda did an amazing job at finding us our dream home. She was on top of everything and helped us figure out everything we needed. She was super nice and made the buying process so much easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We loved working with Tanya. She was so flexible with us and there were times we needed to bring our daughter along, and she was so patient with us when we were trying to just figure things out. She asked us questions for things that we hadn't thought about. We were not really sure what we wanted in a house outside of living space. She was able to ask big questions and show us a variety of houses to help us figure out what we wanted. She helped us work out a great deal on our house and helped us (first-time homebuyers), find the home of our dreams. She was an absolute blessing for us and she helped us move the process along quickly, so we could not only get the loan but the house we desperately wanted and needed. Can't think of a better realtor to recommend!
