Buying a home can be the most exhilarating accomplishment and experience for a couple. It can also be a nerve wracking and stressful one as well. There are so many things that go into purchasing one from the walk-throughs, wants and needs, calls and call backs, etc. that it’s a wonder and relief when it’s all over and you’re handed the keys to it. Through it all, step by step, day after day, and every waking minute of each, Michelle Layton was (and still is) with us. Comforting, assuring, and confidently handling all of our affairs, even now, almost a month after moving in, she still finds the time to call and check in on our “happiness.” A consummate professional, yet personable and accessible, Michelle has made a big part of owning our dream home a reality! Karol Pelletier is an excellent agent. She did a great job showing me a variety of homes. Karol's expert-level knowledge of the market allowed me to purchase my home for $75,000 under asking. I deeply appreciate Karol's attention to detail. Karol has excellent communication skills. She was instrumental in getting me through every stage of the escrow process. She also provided me with contacts to help me with needed home improvements after I purchased my home. Highly recommend.

It was by chance that we started working with Michelle Layton, but it was actually an answer to prayer! She was amazing. We were very particular and she spent a lot of her time helping us. She quickly learned what aspects of a house were important to us and was able to show us houses tailored to what we were looking for. Many times we would contact her pretty last minute and she would work her hardest to get us showings at the houses. She was great at communicating and responding. She would even respond on her vacation. This was our first time buying a house and so she was able to walk us through the process and was great at explaining things. She was honest. We had lots of questions! And if she ever didn’t know something, she would figure it out and get back to us asap. She also is super friendly and easy to get along with. I was nervous about finding a real estate agent we liked and trusted, but Michelle was amazing.
