Working with Michelle Layton was an absolute pleasure! As first time homebuyers, we weren’t quite sure what to expect when we were paired with her through Zillow, but she made the home buying process simpler and easier than we would have ever imagined. She was very attentive and always available to talk when we had questions. She helped us get a competitive offer in on our dream home the same day we viewed it, even staying up late with us to make sure we got it in as quickly as possible. We appreciated Michelle’s honesty and transparency, giving us honest feedback about our offer strategy and what to expect throughout the process. She explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand for a couple people with no experience in real estate. She was also instrumental in getting us help with lenders, home inspections, and final negotiations in escrow. All in all, we can’t can’t say enough good things about our experience with Michelle. And we certainly wouldn’t have landed our home without her!

I cannot thank Ashley enough for all of her hard work and responsiveness. She was always there whenever we had a question, very professional and knowledgeable. She is what you want in a Realtor, she has integrity, is detailed oriented and follow through. Our family will definitely use her in the future.
