Karol is an exceptional and dedicated professional. She is honest and operates with high integrity. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate us in the process. She understood our needs thoroughly and sent us houses that matched our expectations. With her experience, she clearly outlines the advantages and disadvantages of each property we consider. When we seek honest advice, she offers sincere and trustworthy opinions. She has strong connections, stays proactive, and often takes steps we’re unaware of. She carefully evaluates each counteroffer and responds quickly. Her communication skills are excellent; she maintains good contact with seller agents and follows up proactively, often before we ask. We highly recommend working with Karol. I admire her ethics and morals and wouldn't trade that for anything. My husband and I chanced upon Team Forss while using Zillow to search for homes, and are so glad since it meant having Sean McDonald as our agent. He understood our need to find a home quickly, and rose to the challenge by getting us to tour a variety of houses immediately, prioritizing the completion of forms and other steps for our 17 day escrow, and quickly responding to both us and the buyer’s agent. Buying a home can be the most exhilarating accomplishment and experience for a couple. It can also be a nerve wracking and stressful one as well. There are so many things that go into purchasing one from the walk-throughs, wants and needs, calls and call backs, etc. that it’s a wonder and relief when it’s all over and you’re handed the keys to it. Through it all, step by step, day after day, and every waking minute of each, Michelle Layton was (and still is) with us. Comforting, assuring, and confidently handling all of our affairs, even now, almost a month after moving in, she still finds the time to call and check in on our “happiness.” A consummate professional, yet personable and accessible, Michelle has made a big part of owning our dream home a reality!
