Hank did an amazing job with selling my parents’ house. He was very professional and put in all the hard work needed to sell the house very quickly and efficiently. He even was able to sell my home for more than I expected, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend anyone in need of a real estate agent to pick Hank. He will go to bat for you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hank. I reached out to Hank on a whim and I was incredibly impressed from our very first conversation. I interviewed a few realtors to sell our home and Hank was hands down the most knowledgeable, prepared, humble, and confident. He priced our home perfectly, always gave solid advice, kept us calm at times when stress was high, and is a consummate professional. When you hire him as your agent, not only will you get a realtor, but also a mentor and friend. Thank you, Hank, for everything! We only wish we had more opportunities to work with you. I normally don’t post reviews, but my husband and I had such an amazing experience with our real estate agent Hank Greer, I’m here to share how happy we are with everything he and his talented team did to help us buy our beautiful new family home, in a fantastic neighborhood. Hank is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. Throughout the entire buying process, Hank took excellent care of us. Hank is proof that dedicated, talented real estate agents that genuinely care about their clients really do exist. And to top it off, Hank is such a nice, down to earth guy. If you are looking for an excellent real estate agent, and Hank happens to have availability, seriously, go hire him already. Highlights: * Experienced Realtor – Hank understands the real estate industry. Very well. He is a great listener and he stayed focused on our specific home buying needs without being pushy. Hank’s vast knowledge and insight into the current market and local conditions in Murrieta, Temecula and surrounding areas, combined with his years of experience in real estate kept us well informed and poised to submit offers. Hank was instrumental in helping us draft a strong offer that got accepted. * Stellar Customer Service – We were on a very tight schedule to purchase a new home while our home in Northern California was in contract to be sold. Hank and his team worked tirelessly to fast track us on scheduling over 30 showings during a whirlwind 3 week window. When we could not be present for the final walk through, Hank’s associate stood in on our behalf, per our request. They took time to cross off all the verification items on our list, report findings back to us and without us asking, they sent us photos of the condition of our new home. This helped us avoid any big surprises, while we were hundreds of miles away. * Great Negotiator –Cool as a cat, Hank helped us navigate through some tricky negotiations. Hank’s professionalism and ability to work well under pressure with all parties played a critical role in our smooth transaction. * Excellent Communication - Hank was accessible and very easy to communicate with. He was prompt with returning correspondence and consistently kept us informed. He was extremely patient when answering all my annoying questions. * Integrity – After some bad experiences with real estate agents, we were very selective about who we wanted to work with. Hank quickly earned our trust with his work ethics and approachability. He was super easy to work with - honest, upfront, great follow through, unwavering support. Hank still makes the time to send us hello’s and to check in with how everything is going.    * Outstanding Contacts – Hank’s vetted recommendations saved us a ton of time and energy when we were totally new to the area. We had great experiences with his solid team of inspectors, tradespeople, lender, cleaning person, dining recommendations. In fact, when our lender wasn’t coming through for us during escrow, we were really stressed out about having to switch to another lender on short notice. Hank saved the day again with a recommendation to his preferred lender. We ended up getting better rates and we closed faster than expected! * Real Estate Progress App – Hank provided us a mobile app that gave us a schedule of critical reminders to help us stay on track, such as signing dates, when to purchase homeowner’s insurance, when to set up utilities, along with a full directory of utility company names and contacts. Super helpful! Truth is, not every realtor provides this tool for their clients. Yet another example of Hank’s dedication to ensuring a smooth and successful transition for his clients. As I write this, my family and I are peacefully enjoying the sounds of the rain from the warm comfort of our wonderful new home. We are very happy to be here. Thank you, Hank! Over the years, we have sold 5 houses in various parts of the country. Hank is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. His market knowledge and sales approach is unmatched. He understands and utilizes social media to their fullest extent. He is also one one the nicest human beings I have come to know. We could not have asked for a better experience. 5 stars isn’t enough. Hank is a true professional and an even better Pirate!

Hank helped me with buying my home. He hired the best inspectors around that found every issue you could look for. I've had bad home inspections done and careless realtors that make home buying a nightmare and with Hank the process was an absolute breeze. Hank also helped me sell my home and got some pictures that almost made me not even want to sell the place! Offered great advice and helped me get the price I wanted FAST. Hank is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. If you're selling your home look no further!
