I called her that same day, explained what I needed to do and she immediately take the lead and never looked back. My husband and I are 100% pleased with the service she provided.

I would like to say that it was a pleasure to work with Mrs. Gloria Green, for the sale of my home at 416 Clover Rd., Wilmington N.C. Gloria was honest and responded quickly to all of my requests. She also found the companies to work on the outside and the inside of my home. Gloria worked with me to set the correct sales price for the house to be sold and moved the sale much faster than I could ever have expected. The contractors that she found to work on my home were excellent, they priced the repair work to be done at a reasonable, respectable rate, which I believe was fair. I believe Gloria Green was the best realtor that I have worked with. I have been buying and selling homes since 1981.

Gloria Green is an experienced realtor that listens to her clients.  My family lost our home during Hurricane Florence and Mrs. Green immediately jumped in to assist us in finding a new home that was right for us. She was always patient and made sure that we had an understanding of the entire process.  Mrs. Green always responded to our calls and was excellent in walking us through the home buying experience step by step without overwhelming us.  She was so professional and we were proud to have her represent us during the purchase of our new one.  It was apparent that she cared about us and wanted to help us find a home that suited our lifestyle and family.  Mrs. Green is gracious, kind and knowledgeable about her profession. Mrs. Green was referred to by a Local Agent/Broker who knew her personally, and understood the importance of having someone we could TRUST!! Mrs. Green is the epitome of an "Honest" professional who happened to be a Christian. She was an excellent communicator throughout the entire time. She proved over and over how much she truly cares about her clients. By not just completing a sale, but listening to what the client needs are. We couldn't have asked for a better Agent/Broker!! She doesn't just "talk", she kept her word. We appreciated her consistent honesty throughout the entire time! We couldn't have asked for anyone better than Mrs. Green!

Gloria is fantastic! She helped to ease the homebuying process and collect any information to make informed decisions without making us feel pressured. We had a great time working with Gloria, who was professional, but also felt like an old friend - a great combo! We definitely hope to work with Gloria again, once we outgrow our current house!
