Ginger is amazing. She is so knowledgable about the area and makes the process a breeze. We have bought and sold homes through her and through it all, she was responsive and friendly. She knows how to help us feel calm when we need it, and also brings enthusiasm. She sold our house a full asking price (with two bids at once) during a time when the market was tricky and there were other options. We couldn't be happier with Ginger and Jack. I highly recommend her.

Jack was able to assist us with all of our home buying needs! He walked us through the whole process and bared with us as we looked at several different places. Absolutely an amazing experience for our first home-buying experience. River mountain realty is the best agency around!

Jack and his team worked swiftly in the sale of our home. He was knowledgeable in the community and demographic we were located in and had wonderful recommendations on how to prepare our house for viewings. We were under contract in 7 days after listing with Jack. He advised us in the listing value and what to expect from the title company. Jack was also patient with us and showed us several homes for sale in Virginia. We ultimately bought in North Carolina but even knowing that he still worked diligently to show us listings that met all our criteria.
