Gilbert helped me buy and sell my first home. He was extremely helpful through the whole process, and went above and beyond to make everything go smooth. He has always been interactive and still cares even after I sold my house.

Gilbert was the absolute worst realtor I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend him if my life depended on it. I found this house on my own and called him to view it. We set up the appointment and he decided he was too busy to meet me so he GAVE ME THE KEY CODE TO HIS SELLING PARTIES PROPERTY. The next appointment he was 45 minutes late. I didnt know how to write my own offer letter so he declared himself my realtor and I had to sign something as did he saying he would be impartial and represent myself and the seller without bias on either side. Fast forward to my final walk through less than 12 hours until we were scheduled to close, HE DIDN'T EVEN COME. He sent some random person that I'd never met and that knew NOTHING about the house. On top of this. not a single thing on the list of requested repairs (that I had been assured were all completed) had been repaired fully or at all. I had to reschedule all appointments I had due to HIS lack of responsibility to making sure this was all the deal it was made out to be. Upon the final, final walk through it was found that numerous appliances didn't work as they were reported to. He assured me that the home warranty that was being sold with the house would cover these things. After the most stress on a process that was supposed to be pain-free we closed on the deal. Gilbert told me not to contact the warranty company for a few weeks since it would take that long for it to become active. I took out the junk appliances since I have been out of kitchen appliances for over 2 weeks now to install new flooring before I get my new kitchen appliances. When I called the warranty company they claimed that I was supposed to call them right away so now all of these repairs/junk appliances I was assured would be covered would not be. I have no problem with this man as a person but I would not trust him with a single one of my possessions, and I will NEVER EVER go through this realtor again. Save yourself some trouble and DO NOT use this realtor. If I could give negative stars I would.

Being new to the home buying process, we were very nervous and anxious about not knowing how things would turn out. Gilbert made the whole process from beginning to end very smooth for us. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about who he works with. I can’t thank him enough for making the whole home buying process a positive and exciting experience. I would recommend anyone, buyer or seller, work with Gilbert.

15/10, SUPER knowledgeable and was amazing about explaining everything to my husband as i as we’re first time home buyer’s! he never left us in the dark about anything and let us know everything as soon as he could. Not only did he answer all of our questions he made sure to make us feel super comfortable about the home owning process and made sure we were all on the same page at all times. I can’t say enough good things about gilbert!!!!
