After months of being on the market with a previous realtor (February–September 2025), we were feeling pretty discouraged. Then we hired Gerry and everything changed. Despite a shaky market, our home was sold and closed within 8 weeks. He was incredibly open, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. His communication was top-notch, and he always took the time to explain what was happening and why. He arranged staging, hosted multiple open houses, and stayed persistent — and it paid off. We’re extremely grateful for his hard work and professionalism, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again when we buy our next home. Gerry is an outstanding person and realtor. This was our first home purchase and we were quite intimidated and overwhelmed. Gerry held our hands throughout the process and was so helpful in the search and making sure that we found a house we loved. He is exceptionally responsive and answered every minute question we had. Where Gerry really shined, however, was during the negotiation period of our purchase. He has an impeccable reputation with other realtors and that was evident in our sale. He was able to get us a fantastic price and we were able to offer a quick closing - both parties were happy campers! Gerry knows the market, is an honest person, and is great at his job - what more can you ask for? I would heartily recommend using him if you are buying a house in the Inland Empire.

Gerry Ramos did a fantastic job selling our house and finding us a new one. He took time to get to know us as a family and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. He and his staff worked hard and kept us updated every step of the way. There is no one else I would have sell my house when the time comes again.

Gerry Ramos is one of the most professional Real Estate agent in the Inland Empire. I am a Landlord and I have used several Real Estate agents in the past. Purchasing real estate can be very stressful but when I get the opportunity to work with Gerry I know the process will be pleasant. He has a very professional team of people that helps keep the process moving forward. There are levels in this business and Gerry Ramos is at the top level with his knowledge, expertise and calming spirit that he gives to his clients. My experience working with Gerry and his team was wonderful and we accomplished our goal. Great job!
