George took the time to understand my requirements for a new home at this stage of my life. His extensive knowledge and ability to answer questions during tours were impressive. He was patient and understanding throughout the process of finding the right house; and when my dream house became available, he was a wonderful negotiator and guided me through the buying process. We were selling the townhouse of my cousin who recently passed away. The property is in Clay, NY and we live in the Rocherter area. It was important that we found a real estate agent who worked in the area and was knowledgable of properties in the area. George Tucci met our needs completely. He was profesional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful guiding us threw the entire selling process. He did his homework preparing detailed anaylsis of similar properties in the area that had sold recently. Taking pictures, posting the listing, managing the showing and receiving the may offers we received was handled completely by George. He made the whole process easy for us from beginning to end. We appreciate having chosen him to help us with the sale.

Meghan was caring, prompt, and knowledgeable. She always seemed dedicated to the goal of facilitating a smooth process and was willing to help sellers who did not have alot of experience.

Meghan did a fantastic job as our realtor. Meghan was extremely responsive, knowledgable, and made the process seamless. She was in a unique situation where she was the realtor for both seller and buyer. Meghan navigated this with exceptional professionalism that led to buyer and seller arriving to the closing table with satisfaction! Highly recommended
