I would advise caution when considering working with this company. Our experience with Geno was disappointing due to his lack of professionalism and poor communication throughout the sale of our house. He delayed informing us of an offer by nearly 36 hours, leaving us with less than 12 hours to make a critical decision. Additionally, his inability to facilitate access for the home inspector almost jeopardized the sale. It is also important to carefully review the contract, as there appears to be a clause guaranteeing him a percentage of the sale regardless of the outcome. Given the many alternatives available, I would recommend exploring other options.
