We contacted Geno and team after listening to him on his channel. He has lived in the Michigan area that we bought in, his whole life. This was a true plus in having your agent having "true life" experiences for where you want to put down roots. From start to finish, Geno, Kandys, and the rest of Geno's team were attentive, detail oriented, provided so many valuable resources for us throughout the whole process. When you are buying a home, you have so many questions that come to the surface. Geno and his team were always right there to answer them all for us, even the "eye rolling" ones, they were always ready to assist. Geno and Kandys are both top notch. We couldn’t ask for more in a real estate group that clearly has a desire to help people to find what is best for them. Geno and Kandys did a great job selling our home. They were able to negotiate for us and even completed some repairs after we had already moved out of the house and were no longer in the area.
