I would advise caution when considering working with this company. Our experience with Geno was disappointing due to his lack of professionalism and poor communication throughout the sale of our house. He delayed informing us of an offer by nearly 36 hours, leaving us with less than 12 hours to make a critical decision. Additionally, his inability to facilitate access for the home inspector almost jeopardized the sale. It is also important to carefully review the contract, as there appears to be a clause guaranteeing him a percentage of the sale regardless of the outcome. Given the many alternatives available, I would recommend exploring other options.

Geno knows the market given his experience. He was very helpful and professional throughout the entire sales process. He gave great counsel and I would definitely work with him and his Team again.

After not having luck selling our home with another realtor, we were skeptical that Geno would be able to sell it quickly. He told us that if we listened to his advice, he would be able to sell it. We contacted Geno and team after listening to him on his channel. He has lived in the Michigan area that we bought in, his whole life. This was a true plus in having your agent having "true life" experiences for where you want to put down roots. From start to finish, Geno, Kandys, and the rest of Geno's team were attentive, detail oriented, provided so many valuable resources for us throughout the whole process. When you are buying a home, you have so many questions that come to the surface. Geno and his team were always right there to answer them all for us, even the "eye rolling" ones, they were always ready to assist.
