Gail helped us from the clean-up and painting phase of listing our house all the way through helping us sell unwanted furniture and household items right before our move through her contact network. Her marketing campaign and strategy was excellent and we worked efficiently to sell the house quickly at the right price. She always explained things (and re-explained) and provided more details that we could ever ask for. We would recommend her to anyone that needs a full service broker in the Denver area.

Gail was very helpful in readying our townhouse for listing. She even provided us with a contact for cleaning up our fireplace! Gail knew our neighborhood very well which aided in establishing our listing price. We received two offers within a few days and we accepted a cash offer. Gail is very detail oriented and leaves no stone un-turned! Gail guided us through the entire closing. From beginning to end, the process went so smoothly, we could hardly believe it!! We recommend Gail to anyone in the Lake Norman area!!!

Gail is amazing. She treats her clients as though they are the only client she has even though she has many clients. She goes above and beyond and puts 200% plus into every interaction. We were purchasing long distance and relocatin 500 plus miles away. Gail handles so many things for us, arranged appointments, worked with the various inspectors, banks and more.
