Gabe is absolutely phenomenal at his job. He listens, weighs in where he should, advocates for what you're looking for, and really knows how to land the pad that's right for your needs. He's not pushy, doesn't rush the process or force an issue, but presses when he knows there's a sense of urgency and a decision to be made. I felt completely at ease and supported throughout the process and knew he had my back. He knows his craft and the area incredibly well. I highly recommend working with him!

I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had working with Gabe. I live in the Buffalo area and I was attempting to prepare my mother's house for sale in Syracuse. The house had 60 years of accumulation and the kitchen and bath had not been updated since 1965. I was quite overwhelmed. Gabe provided expert advice throughout the process and I could not have asked for a better outcome. Within one week the debris was removed, the house was professionally cleaned, and staged for sale. Within the next week it was photographed and listed. The professionals that Gabe recommended were amazing and fit me into their schedules based on their relationship with Gabe. Gabe's strategy for pricing the house and conducting the open house was spot on and produced great results, including a cash offer, over asking, in the first weekend. Gabe was always responsive to my many questions and I would recommend him without question.
