I've bought and sold a few homes in my life and Frank was, by far, the hardest working, most knowledgeable and pleasant agent I've ever worked with. Frank returns calls and texts promptly, has a great feel for the market and was extremely easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend Frank to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I’ve known Frank since summer 2016. He is by far the best! This is the second time I’ve worked with him. To begin, he found my family and I a beautiful home in Whittier,CA. He was extremely motivated, goal was to find the perfect home for us. Which he did!!! Now 2025- We asked for his help once again to sell our home. He did not hesitate and he was quick to help us. He did an amazing job the first week preparing for open house! Some of my struggles were relocating my extra hyper dogs for showings. With Franks quick skills and solutions to unforeseen events we were able to bring in potential buyers into the home. This shows his dedication and professionalism. House is sold!!! Thanks to Frank!! I will be excited to work with him again in the future!!!!

Frank did an absolute outstanding job. He was persistent and used different strategies until our unit sold. I would recommend him without hesitation. This is the second home he sells for us. He got us 1.6 million for the house in Rossmoor, Ca. 1k over asking price.

It’s still surreal that we are homeowners! For a minute, before we met Frank, we thought it was a silly hope to be able to buy a house in California. And some people almost convinced us that we couldn’t…But Frank believed in us from day one and for that, we will be forever grateful! Frank’s knowledge of the area got us looking at houses within the first day of listings He also notices every little detail and can quickly point out all the good and bad elements of a house within the first 5 minutes in it (which was great for us, first time buyers). Not to mention his negotiation skills that got us a whopping deal, way above asking price (a rare occasion in CA). The icing on the cake was his lender recommendation that got us approved and closing escrow in 21 days! Frank stuck with us every step of the way. In a journey that can be very overwhelming, he guided us through every bump, always offering solutions to anything that came up! From the very beginning, looking at many houses, scheduling, inspecting, negotiating, and all the way through navigating the ever so complicated process of buying a house, he was an essential part of making this dream come true! Thank you Frank, from the bottom of our hearts!!! We couldn’t have found a better realtor to help us get through to the finishing line. WE DID IT!!!!

FRANK WAS JUST THE BEST. Very easy to work with. He had great ideas on how to maximize the sale amount. I was hoping for $630k but he got me $685 k in only about 3 weeks. Couldn't have been a better experience. And he is just a real nice guy. I was so lucky I found him by just making some internet inquiries and he responded within the day. I highly recommend Frank. He actually sold two homes for me.
