Despite a very difficult market, Fran and his team made the process simple and easy!! They sent us listings the day they hit the market and were diligent about setting appointments for us and helped walk us through the offer and ultimately the close. This was particularly helpful because my wife and I were moving in from out of state and needed extra intel to make the best decision possible for our family!

We were very pleased with the entire process of selling our house. Our agent sat down with us to review the market in the area and gave us his input on the value of our home. We do not live in the area but he was very good to keep us informed on all aspects throughout the process.

Fran and his team are incredible! We were nervous about about being able to get an offer accepted in a competitive market. Frans team pulled comparables to show us how much over asking homes were selling for and their guidance helped us get an offer accepted on our first try! Highly recommend!
