Ferdinando knows the business inside and out, and is a consummate professional. He helped us sell our old house, as well as purchase a new one. On both occasions, he was able to negotiate more in our favor to help both lower the cost of the purchase and increase the bids for our sale. He goes to bat for you to get you the best deal. Ferdinando and his team were attentive, knowledgeable, and most of all, friendly and caring throughout the selling process. I was selling my mother’s house and they were helpful from the start providing options for estate sales and walking me through the entire process step by step. Cannot thank them enough and recommend them to all wanting to sell in the capital district of New York and north and south.

Ferdinando has incredible knowledge and experience in this industry and area. He walked us through every step of the process with buying a new build home. Ferdinando was extremely responsive and communicative whenever we needed him. Ferdinando always had our best interests in mind and made sure that we were never uncomfortable in the process. He goes above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and that we were comfortable with our decisions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new build!

My family made the emotional and painful decision to put our family home up for sale. Our dad had passed a few years ago and our mom passed away a little over a year ago just before Christmas. I randomly found Ferdinando while doing an online search and actually chose him based on his diversified experience in both commercial and residential real estate. My family home had been zoned for commercial (as well as residential) use. Ferdinando met up with us and came prepared right from the first visit. He researched the property and came into this venture fully aware of the logistics of the property. We said we would get back to him when ready to list…and it was quite the undertaking to get to that point. There was a solid 60 years of a very good home life that had to be cleared. During this process, I knew Ferdinando would be readily available for us, should need be. I was impressed by his no pressure tactic of not hounding us for the speed of the sale. Many months later, Ferdinando was there for us. He provided exceptional expertise and personal advice to me and my siblings. But above all, I feel we developed a relationship with him and his understanding of our personal and very difficult heartfelt decision to pass on our treasured family home. It was beyond what we anticipated. We could not have made a better choice and we are grateful to him.

Ferdinando did an excellent job with the entire process of selling our house. Most important was the timing to put it on the market and the impressive response and interest he generated in the house. More than 25 parties of buyers made appointments to view our house over the 3 days it was on the market. By the 4th day he negotiated with 2 buyers and ultimately brought a contact to us for the sale on that day. He is skillful, knowledgable, hard working and great to work with. Always responsive and informative. He's a fantastic realtor.
