Top notch! Very down-to-earth. Intuitive. Hard-working. Fast-acting. Great communication. Attention to detail. And just fun to be around! Evelyn helped me buy, and then later sell, my house in Medford. We got a great deal on both transactions. She listened and understood exactly what I was looking for in a home. She's currently helping me buy a new home in the Applegate. I can't imagine having a different agent.
