If you are buying or selling a home in MD, you NEED to call Erin! I had looked at vacant lots to build a home on and the process seemed so complicated, until I was referred to Erin by my friends. She helped me along and answered every question I had, or found me resources to be able to get an answer I needed. From costs associated with building ( the things you dont think about), to making sure the lot was buildable, She spent so much time and attention to detail in her answers, and If I hadn't been referred to her I would not have just purchased my dream lot! she was patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Erin did an amazing job! We just bought our first home. If it wasn't her and her amazing team, we don't know how it would have panned out. She answered all of questions about everything! We absolutely adore her!

Update Jan 2025: Erin has once again outdone herself. She is truly incredible at what she does. We were not looking very seriously, then fell in love with a property. She made it happen for us. With an incredibly tight timeline, we put all our faith in Erin and she did not falter. We are so grateful to Erin and all the tireless work she puts into each and every one of her clients.

Great. She was very attentive and helped us into all the things we needed and had a wonderful personality. Cheers. She answered questions in a very timely manner, worked above and beyond the 9 to 5 day. And on weekends. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying a house in that area. She seems to know the area very well. Which helped us in many ways.

Erin has been amazing since day one of meeting her.Super professional, kind and thorough. She is a realist and kept things transparent when it came to selling our home. We have a gorgeous home but the zip code was challenging but Erin did an excellent job with marketing and finding buyers who would fit the criteria for a larger home. We were under contract in *8* days after going as an active listing. She is hands down the ever realtor we have worked with! If you want someone sweet. driven and reliable Erin in the choice for you!!!
