I just recently had to sell my dad's home as he had to move to a retirement community. Erika was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and a huge asset to my dad and I. She had many resources/contacts that were able to help with the cleaning out of the home and getting everything lined up for the sale. Erika really helped with alleviating the stress of having to sell a home; she was caring and kind, professional and down to earth which made it a pleasure to work with her.

If you are a real estate novice, Erika is the realtor for you. She is very upfront in explaining the current climate of the market. You will know what to anticipate during each step of the process. She is efficient, hard-working, and gets the job done quickly. Erika is a reliable realtor you can count on for your real estate needs.

Erika was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helped me purchase a house that had the features I was looking for in a somewhat challenging real estate market. She is very familiar with the area and typical houses, and her expertise was invaluable throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend, would use again.

Erika and her staff were great to work with, especially with the difficulty of my HOA. This was the first time I was on the selling side of home ownership. Erika and her staff were there whenever I had questions or concerns, whether on weekends or evening hours. They were truly professional and full of knowledge. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to buy or sell your home!

Erika knew the market and how to price the home and her advice was excellent. The entire process was easy and all her recommendations were correct! We were very pleased!
