Erica and her team know their stuff! From market trends to buying and selling strategies, you can't go wrong having Erica Smith Real Estate on your team when considering your next move. Erica is extremely responsive and if she doesn't know the answer, she finds it for you immediately. She gives good advice when asked and doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but tells you the truth. She was my selling agent and buying agent and I highly recommend her. I will definitely use Erica Smith Real Estate again in the future.
