Erica was selling a house we were interested in buying. She did not communicate with our realtor about taking another bid. We found out our bid was not taken because the Realtor app said it was under contract. It was very disrespectful to our realtor and to us, the buyers. We won't be looking at any other houses she represents.

Erica is the consummate professional, she is very knowledgeable, and was very patience in finding the house that meet my requirements. I was referred to Erica by a friend who had recently used her to purchase her home. From the beginning I realized that she knew this business really well. Even when house hunting got a little tedious and the unexpected happened along the way, Erica just rolled with it an assured us she would handle it and we'd get what we wanted. We did get what we wanted and we're pretty happy.

I would recommend Erica to anyone I come across. she is very knowledge but most importantly patient. She uses all forms of communication (email, text or over the phone). She is very responsiveness. In the event, she can not talk she will return your phone call.
