To whoever reads this, this is the realtor you want to work with! I’m not kidding! I’ve worked with many mediocre realtors in my time thinking that is as good as it gets. Eric showed me what a top notch realtor is supposed provide and he steps up and takes care of business when problems arise. He made selling my home as stressless as possible, I can’t say enough good things about his work. I’m very,very pleased with my experience so much so I’m trying to talk him into getting licensed in my new home state. You won’t be disappointed Eric is a true professional.

I can’t recommend working with anyone other than Eric, especially in Charleston County. I’m a new(er) investor in Charleston county (I’m also located out of state) and have bought multiple investment properties through Eric since the start of 2022. No one is more knowledgeable about that market than he is. He is not just an excellent realtor, but an all around housing expert. As a real estate investor himself, he knows exactly what to look for and how to navigate this challenging market. He also provides unmatched client service that I guarantee you will not find elsewhere. The other reviews that mention this are 100% accurate. Eric was very knowledgeable about real estate in general. His knowledge of the James Island market in particular was remarkable. Eric was always direct and upfront about the procedures and processes, which gave us clarity while navigating through this experience. After quite a bit of back and forth, we were able to close the deal on our dream home- all thanks to Eric. I highly recommend working with him.

As a first time home buyer I highly recommend using Eric. Not only does he have years of experience and knowledge of the Charleston market, he has the heart of a teacher and loves teaching first time home buyers about everything you will need to know. What I learned from Eric made the process of buying as stress free as possible. Having a tight budget, I wasn’t sure if it were possible to buy in this market. Eric made it possible. Eric helped me think through and develop my plan that was right for my budget. We looked at several housing options from homes in the country, to condos and duplexes. Eric provided the pros and cons of each option and provided the guidance and resources to figure out financing for each option. He walked me through the different costs that are associated with different property types and educated me on what to look out for (expected assessments, regime litigation, taxes, code issues, expected area growth, etc). At the end, he helped me find a great deal on a place in Mt. Pleasant. Perfect location, great school district and was below my tight budget. Eric is a great negotiator and will guide you through making a valuable offer. You can trust that Eric will quickly respond back if he misses a call when you have a question. He is focused on building the relationship with his clients more than making a buck. You can trust that he will not BS you and that he has your best interest at heart. As a first time home buyer, and any home buyer (especially new to the area), it is important to feel confident in working with someone you can trust.
