Tricia was incredible fro start to finish. She communicated every step of the way and ALWAYS answered our call or texts. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. She negotiated multiple great offers for us. She helped us both buying and selling our properties. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and helped us through some bumps in our transactions. I would HIGHLY recommend her and would CERTAINLY use her again!

Tricia was awesome to work with as we purchased our new home in a competitive market, sold our existing home, and got what we consider "top dollar". On the purchase side, she helped us formulate the right offer and helped us to not pay more than we needed. On the sell side, her pre-marketing, photo layout, and write-up describing our home were absolutely over the top. She is very personable and we now consider her a friend, not just our agent.
