Tim was awesome to work with! He made us feel like family and was extremely responsive, especially when we wanted to see a house last second. He was also never pushy about buying a house and really listened to what we wanted. He even went above and beyond pointing out flaws in houses that we would have never seen. I would definitely recommend Tim!

My husband and I used Eric to help us purchase our first home in 2021, and now in 2025, help us sell that home and purchase a new home due to our family expanding.
