If you’re reading this and considering hiring Hustle and Heart homes, please understand: THIS. IS. THE. TEAM. YOU. WANT!!!!!! My family worked with Emily and Danielle on both the sale of our former home and the house we just moved into. I can’t recommend them enough. To begin with, they are incredibly responsive. Not only do they respond quickly to any type of communication, they also send friendly reminders to sign Docusigns, nudge you when they haven’t heard back on something urgent, etc. Expert communicators, it’s as simple as that. Next, and probably most importantly, they are brilliantly strategic when it comes to negotiating, understanding the market, communicating with the “opposing party” (for lack of a better term), etc. I genuinely believe that we wouldn’t be in our dream home now if it wasn’t for this team’s strategic thinking. That’s the nicest and most sincere thing I can say about them, and it’s for real. Also, they are a hell of a staging team. WORK WITH THEM!

I cannot say enough about Emily and her team at Hustle and Heart Homes. My dad works in the mortgage industry so when my partner and I started our house hunting journey, I asked him to search his network and connect us with the best realtor in the Yamhill area; he certainly delivered when he introduced us to Emily! As first time buyers, we didn't have a clear idea what we wanted, vastly overestimated what our budget would get us, and had a tight schedule to fit house hunting into. Emily worked with us as we went through iterations of our vision, helped us figure out what areas worked for us and what didn't, talked us through our first offer, and the frustration when the financing for it fell through, kept tabs on us while we sorted out financing a second time, and of course went with us to dozens and dozens of houses over many weekends while we nitpicked every little thing about every place, until we found our home. We thought we'd end up with a fixer upper to build a couple years of equity in before we got a real house, and we ended up with our dream home. I don't think we'll ever want to leave it! Recently remodeled home only a mile from downtown Newberg, on the quietest little street in the nicest little neighborhood. It was more than we imagined was possible, by far the nicest house we saw, and it wouldn't have been possible without our dynamite team behind us! They (Emily and Danielle) were on top of absolutely everything through close, less than 3 weeks between seeing the house and getting the keys, and it was so easy on us! Not to mention they helped us negotiate a great deal on the place; we walked into the house with equity AND had all our closing costs covered by the seller. We felt like, and still feel like, we won the homebuying lottery, but I have a sneaking suspicion that all their buyers feel that way. We are so grateful to them for their patience, communication, expertise, and overall support, and we will continue to be for many years in our beautiful home, til we go back to them to help us in our next venture. I worked with Emily. and Danielle to find my very first investment property. They were nothing but exceptional. You can imagine how many questions I had about the process, timelines, comps, and which property felt right for my very first flip. They not only supported and encouraged me through the whole process but never stopped checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. No detail was too small or too big. I can promise you that there is no better team for your house-buying or selling needs. Hustle & Heart feels like home for a reason. They not only care about each clients unique needs but make you feel like you're instantly part of the family. We will use the same team to list, stage, and promote our flip when it's ready to sell and will continue to use this team for many homes to come.

Emily and her team are the best real estate agents I could have asked for. They helped me sell my old home quickly and efficiently while also navigating some unexpected needed repairs. They were also able to find me the perfect new home in a very short amount of time. Throughout the entire process, Emily and Danielle were incredibly detail-oriented and made sure I understood all of my options. They were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. They also went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, from scheduling repairs to negotiating contracts. I felt like Emily and team were truly on my side every step of the way. They made the entire home buying and selling process as stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
