Emily, Danielle and their team was amazing with the support they provided us on purchasing our first home. We met with Emily on a Friday, looked at the house that we were already interested in that day, put an offer in the same night, and had the offer approved within 24 hours. From start to finish the Hustle and Heart team supported us with each detail of the home buying process. We're not planning on purchasing or selling our new home, but we will definitely use them in the future.

Emily, Danielle and the team that makes Hustle & Heart Homes are the crème de la crème in real estate. As first time home buyers, there's a sense of anxiety looming no matter how much research you do yourself. In comes Emily with the greatest sense of calm and confidence that just sets the tone for our whole home buying experience. One memory that stands out at our very first meeting was when I shared how I didn't want to get too invested in a home only to be let down by being outbid (we had friends who viewed 50+ homes and made 6 offers... just a roller coaster we didn't want a ride on). Emily without skipping a beat says, "I don't lose, we won't have to worry about that" confidently and genuinely. And... well, our experience speaks for itself... she got the address of the home we were interested in that meeting, locked in a private viewing the next day, Saturday, she wrote the offer Sunday, where it was accepted that same day. Yes, it was fast! But what you don't see is ALL the work in between... she connected us with a lender who went to bat for us as far as rates, the lender was someone who worked so well with Emily and she with them. The communication between Emily, our lender and us those THREE days was where the magic happened - she knew her stuff! She was so communicative, knowledgeable, extremely experienced in what to ask the sellers and when advocating for us. Emily's advice was always sound and when it was truly up to us, she made our options clear so that we made the right decision for ourselves. After our offer was accepted, the HHH team advised us between the inspection, escrow, the walk through, all the way to closing... and admittedly through today (they've sent us solid contractor and vendor recommendations at every ask). It truly was a white glove experience with this team <3 Now we're in our dream first home, getting ready to celebrate our first holiday here. We can't thank the HHH team enough for the care and commitment to making this dream a reality for us! Thank you guys!
