Last year, with the help of Suzanne Ward, my wife and I financed and purchased a very lovely, small house on the Oregon Coast. Our goal was to downsize and sell our larger home in SE Portland, for an eventual permanent move to the coastal property. Since we had an exceptional experience with Suzanne, we called on her one year later to put our Portland home on the market. We quickly learned that the real estate game has certainly changed over the years, especially when selling property in a desirable neighborhood. Suzanne convinced us to use a sophisticated and dynamic marketing approach with PDX Property Group. I must admit that I was very skeptical throughout, being unfamiliar with modern sales strategy. In the end however (with maybe a little too much excitement for me), Suzanne succeeded in selling significantly over asking price. Suzanne is a very serious, sharp, and motivated realtor, but somehow at the same time, very intuitive and fun to work with.

Disappointing experience overall. The agent was often unresponsive, lacked professionalism, and seemed more focused on his own interests than helping me.

Suzanne is what I would call a "motivated" realtor. She operated with unending energy in the very tight schedule we found ourselves in purchasing a house on the Oregon Coast. We ended up using her contacts for the loan, title office and inspection, who were all excellent and efficient operating in a very short timeframe. Suzanne will get things done!

Suzanne took all of my requirements, preferences, and concerns into account and quickly helped narrow down my options into a set of listings. She worked with my schedule to visit several homes and offered expert advice on the relative effort required to enter an offer bases on each home's characteristics. I was relieved that the process was in such good hands the entire way.
