Emily is a professional of the highest standard in her line of work. Our first meeting with Emily, she spent 4 hours on an educational session to teach us the home buying process, home financing, strategies, and expectations. Our main criteria when choosing the right real estate agent to represent us was to ensure our real estate agent isn't trying to "sell" us a dream, but to evaluate a property with objectivity. Emily will walk you through the property and explain in detail what she is seeing regarding the properties conditions, potential, and restoration costs. This provides a realistic depiction of the property so you can make the best informed decision for yourself. We are extremely happy that we were able to work with Emily and she will always be highly recommended.

Emily did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house. Her expertise in the ABC school district area was like thumps up, like 100 times if we could do it. She is the best agent. Emily was very involved in all aspects of the buying process including the closing. She has saved us a lot time for us. Highly recommended ^o^

Emily Ching has helped us many times over the years. She makes the purchase process very simple and walks you through everything step by step. Compared to other real estate agents, I really value the tiny details Emily is able to point out through the walkthroughs, and she's also very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and school district, and has a good sense of what the value of the house should be. She is very sincere and straightforward. She's always been a good resource for questions about anything home related, and very quick to respond to any questions we have.
