Emily is very knowledgeable, reliable and remained involved in the transaction even after it closed. She provided very valuable advice and was very prompt in responding to all our queries. She also helped in coordinating with the Tenant and ensuring least inconvenience while showing the Tenant Occupied property . The escrow agent she selected was also very professional and overall made the process of selling our home stress free.

From day 1 you were super honest and transparent about everything. And at the end all the numbers were exactly as you said in the beginning. I could not have asked for a better experience. When I got super excited or super stressed out you always had the right things to say. Bless you and Hank for all the hard work that you did for me. I will never forget it. Emily is a professional of the highest standard in her line of work. Our first meeting with Emily, she spent 4 hours on an educational session to teach us the home buying process, home financing, strategies, and expectations. Our main criteria when choosing the right real estate agent to represent us was to ensure our real estate agent isn't trying to "sell" us a dream, but to evaluate a property with objectivity. Emily will walk you through the property and explain in detail what she is seeing regarding the properties conditions, potential, and restoration costs. This provides a realistic depiction of the property so you can make the best informed decision for yourself. Emily did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house. Her expertise in the ABC school district area was like thumps up, like 100 times if we could do it. She is the best agent.
