Emil was extremely professional and thorough. Was readily available to work with us anytime we needed him or his team. He was always very accommodating to all of our questions as first time home buyers and made sure we felt taken care of and that we had all the knowledge we needed and asked for. His team’s local expertise is something that cannot be understated. As we needed local companies for inspections, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, moving, he had companies he has worked with for years and pointed us in the right direction. We felt confident and knowledgeable in every decision we made because of Emil and his team and I highly recommend his team as they came highly recommended to us.

After meeting with other agents, we chose Emil because of his experience, knowledge of the area and exceptional team. His proposal was precise and comprehensive and included staging. Courtney and Emil made our home look beautiful. Emil pays meticulous attention to detail. Within the past year we have worked with Emil to sell 2 houses in the seacoast area and we could not have enough good things to say about him. It goes without saying that he is extremely knowledgeable and professional given his experience, but what we appreciated more than anything was how we felt like we had a partner in the process. He went above and beyond to support us through not only the selling process but the moving process. We were already moved into a new house in Massachusetts before we closed on our house in Portsmouth and having Emil help us tie up all the loose ends when we couldn’t physically be there gave us so much comfort. Even though our jobs have moved us to Massachusetts we will be clients of Emil for life and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
