Elizabeth handled the sale of my home in Hampton Bays. When searching for an agent, I used public sales data to find the agent with the most sales and best pricing/time on market and she had the best track record. When I started working with her it was obvious why- she understood the market very well and gave very good suggestions throughout the process. She followed up persistently with leads and presented the property in the best possible light. Her pricing strategy was spot on - it had to be adjusted slightly lower as the market slowed after the initial listing, but the final outcome wasn't far from how she set the initial expectations. She also understands how to deal with difficult personalities and resolve issues that nearly derailed our deal multiple times. Her commission rate was in line with market and worth every penny. Highly recommend her without hesitation. In a slow real estate market it doesn't make sense to work with anyone other than the top agent in the market.

Elizabeth is very professional, honest and personable. She made what is normally a stressful experience into a very pleasant experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and is super responsive with any questions or updates. It really was a great home buying experience all around and I highly recommend her!

Missy was a wonderful agent to work with. She was most knowledgeable about the home and gave me great information about the surrounding areas. She always promptly responded to any inquiries or questions I had along the way. She was super helpful in recommending people and companies that I will need to hire for a variety of things. She is very personable and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Even after the closing she has been most helpful answering questions that have popped up. I would highly recommend her.
