Eliza did such an outstanding job helping us find our new home. We were first time home buyers, and Eliza helped walk us through every step of the process. We had tons of questions, and she answered all of them. Eliza also helped make sure that we proposed the right offer price for the house and made sure in this crazy market that we didn't go too high. She had our backs, and we really appreciated her. Eliza even checked in with us a few months after we moved in to make sure we were liking the home and neighborhood. Super thankful for her!

Eliza is a rose amongst thorns. Not only does Eliza have a deep experience in real estate transactions, but she also has the unique ability to listen to her clients, anticipate their needs and consistently execute at high-levels. Eliza helped my wife and I navigate the home buying process during one of the best/worst times (Covid) in real estate history and helped us to overcome hurdles that we did not expect. Eliza wields a velvet hammer during the negotiation process and her contract experience typically outweighs the counter-agent. At the end of the transaction, we missed our *daily* interactions with Eliza and am proud to say we truly see her as a friend. We love Eliza and we recommend her to everyone! We came across her when visiting a listed home we were interested in well before we even listed our house. She was patient with us in showing us some houses even knowing we couldn’t make any offers until we listed and sold our house.
