Just an all-around good guy. Relocating to the area from out of state, Eddie was able to help give my fiancé and I tips on which areas best fit the needs of our future family. He was more than willing to do a few virtual tours before we were able to make it into town. Eddie helped us find a beautiful home in a very desirable neighborhood and was great at coaching novice homebuyers like ourselves through the offer process. Eddie is a great realtor! He knows the Bloomington/Normal area so well & worked very hard to find me a house there (in a challenging market where inventory was fairly low). Very professional & personable ... I had a very positive experience and would recommend him without hesitation!
