We contacted Ed over a year ago to provide a market analysis for our home. He gave us a realistic market value for our home. At the time we were not ready to sell and there was no pressure to put the house on the market. Over the summer we decided to put our house on the market and contacted Ed. He provided us again with a realistic market value and our home was sold in less than a week. Ed has a wealth of experience and really knows the market. His staff was great and they all put together a great marketing presentation for our home. Given the opportunity we would use Ed and his organization again.

Ed DiTroia is the best of the best. When trying to sell your home you need a professional who knows the market and current home values. Ed was able to give us a fair market value price, with no nonsense. We listed and had an offer in 3 weeks! Ed continued to support us with every aspect of the sale up to the closing. If we had an issue - he was a phone call away. He knew how to address any problem and had indepent / reliable contacts to help us. We have had friends who had nightmares from their realtors- Not Ed- he’s hands down your best choice when choosing someone to sell your home.
