Chase was professional, timely, and detailed in his explanation of the home buying process. He was helpful in addressing concerns while providing a unique perspective over pros and cons of each home viewed during the process. In this tough market, he valued my time and made finding a home a priority with me which was critical. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

We would describe Chase Mortensen as a caring and thoughtful person. No matter how many questions or concerns we had, Chase was always open to ideas!! His knowledge and expertise was fantastic!! We couldn't have been more satisfied!!! We lost a few houses due to cash offers but Chase was always there to keep our hopes high!! And then it happened, we found the perfect home!! Chase immediately wrote up a full listing offer. We waited for the VA appraisal. It came back ten thousand dollars short so Chase went to bat for Us and Wala!!! Chase pull off the biggest steal for us!! He got us our Dream Home!! And saved us 10 thousand dollars in a Very Hot Phoenix market!! We can't thank him enough!!! If you want a caring and wonderful person to represent you in the Housing market, Chase Mortensen is the person for you!!

Stacey was so informative and helpful during the entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, she was there with us every step of the way. She always answered any and all questions we had pretty immediately. She made the process so much less stressful than what we were anticipating. I can't even imagine the amount of work she put in behind the scenes. With how crazy this market is, she was always very quick to get us same day viewings. You'd think she didn't have any other clients with how ready to go she was, lol. She was always so positive throughout the entire process. If there's anyone I know who is in need of an agent, Stacey is who I'll be recommending. She is just the absolute best.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Megan! This was our first time going through the home buying process in addition to being just shy of our first year in the Valley. We originally reached out to Megan with some questions about the process and ended up under contract a week later! She provided excellent advice on strategy on when to search/buy for the area we wanted to buy in and it worked out fantastically! She is extremely responsive, always texting back within minutes. Any difficulties we had with other parties involved in the process, Megan was always quick to sort out & remained communicative about everything. Stacey went out of her way and found us the perfect home. She is sweet, Understanding, and down to earth. She is prompt at answering questions and even in this crazy market took the time to find us a home. She is honest and will let you know what is a good opportunity without bias.
