Ed Deaton has been so helpful and knowledgeable through this entire process. You can’t buy wisdom! He’s been in this business for years and knows what he’s doing. He goes above and beyond for his clients. We are grateful to have had Ed helping us. Ed went above and beyond our expectations, paying attention to every detail and making sure we had any and all information we needed, even before we knew we needed it in some cases. He is honest and helpful and seems to truly care about the people he’s helping. Top notch!

Ed searched for properties per our description of what we needed and listened to what we had to say throughout the entire process of looking for and purchasing a home. We had to stay within a certain price range an he understood and didnt show us homes way over our budget and I REALLY appreciated that. He stayed in touch with us and always returned our calls promptly. I would recommend Ed Deaton to anyone searching for or selling their home.

I would highly recommend making Ed Deaton your realtor. He helped me so much in the house hunting process. I was working long hours during the week and He accomidated my schedule and was always available to show me houses. There was also times he was available to show me houses even on Sunday! I ended up finding a great house and he made the process so easy. Ed was very knowledgeable and honest and i am very thankful to have had such a great realtor working for me.
