Dylan worked extensively to ensure that I could see the properties that I was interested in and we finally found that diamond in the rough I wanted. Dylan was Great! he went to every home we wanted to look at and did his research on the home and area we were looking in. he was very professional and pleasant to talk to, he set up the appointments right away and we never had to wait to look at any homes. we finally made up our minds after viewing around 25 homes and bought one. Dylan has become a friend that we will invite over as soon as we settle in. Thanks Dylan for your patients with us.

Dylan is amazing! He was super responsive and on the ball throughout the entire home buying process. Excellent local knowledge in Hardy county WV, including all the best service providers and even where to go get dinner. Would absolutely recommend him to anybody looking in the region without any hesitation.
