From the moment we walked through the house and onto the expansive deck,the million dollar view that our realtor had spoke of did not disappoint.I knew at that moment that my wife did not want to miss out on this one!Dylan assured us that he would make it happen and with alot of back and forth in the negotiations he made it a reality.This young man is a world beater and knows how to close a deal.I would definetely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell,he is certainly motivated!

Dylan was awesome to work with especially because he helped my parents find their house last year then helped my wife and I find our house this year. He was very professional and was well versed in the entire home buying process. In addition what ever he didnt know he would research and let me know what he found.

Dylan was Great! he went to every home we wanted to look at and did his research on the home and area we were looking in. he was very professional and pleasant to talk to, he set up the appointments right away and we never had to wait to look at any homes. we finally made up our minds after viewing around 25 homes and bought one. Dylan has become a friend that we will invite over as soon as we settle in. Thanks Dylan for your patients with us.
