Faith was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive to our needs and kept us up-to-date on important information concerning the home we purchased. Our situation was made more complex because we settled on a home we sold in Florida on April 1 and settled on the Northern Virginia home we purchased on April 3. Faith effectively worked with both mortgage/title companies to make both settlements go smoothly. Faith also effectively navigated us through the very competitive process of purchasing our new home by beating 10 other bidders. Faith made the purchase and settlement processes as pain free and positive as possible. I would highly recommend Faith as your agent.

I recently purchased my first condo in Alexandria, VA thanks to the thoughtful help and knowledge of Faith! I have lived in the Arlington area since 2016 but knew I wanted to explore new neighborhoods when starting my home search. During our initial meeting Faith walked me through the first time home buyer process and broke it down in a way that was easy to understand. She took my wish list from that meeting and found the perfect condo and neighborhood for me! With her knowledge of the area, I was opened up to new neighborhoods that had everything I was looking for. My new home is within walking distance to groceries, coffee shops and walking trails. While still having easy access to 395 for my commute to DC. Faith made the whole process very easy and stress free! Angie Tanner was the realtor we chose to work with us in locating our new home in Ashburn Virginia—a community that was really unfamiliar to us. She was very enjoyable to work with and we would highly recommend her to everyone—we would definite use her again ourselves! Angie actually listened to all of our wants and needs and in the extremely tight real estate market 2 1/2 years ago only took us to houses that would meet our expectations. She had the patience to show us a variety of options that helped us focus on what would meet our needs and where we really wanted to be. She always made sure in a timely manner that we knew of houses in our chosen community even before they became available to see. When aware of an ideal opportunity that was soon to come on the market, we all developed a strategy to maximize our chances of success. Miraculously and surprisingly our offer was eventually accepted at a “reasonable” price and we totally credit Angie with that! We were shocked and extremely happy!!
