Marnie was a great realtor to work with and made the process easy from start to finish. She is friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. Her communication was consistent and clear, and she often shared narrated video walkthroughs of properties we were considering, which was extremely helpful! Marnie’s knowledge of the short term rental world added real value, especially when discussing income expectations, guest appeal, and property potential in the Joshua Tree market. While we ultimately didn’t move forward with a purchase due to market conditions, we would absolutely work with Marnie again and recommend her to anyone exploring investment opportunities in Joshua Tree.
