Maritza was very responsive to our questions, concerns and worries. She offered practical solutions to issues that came up. Doug did an analysis of the home, HOA, and neighborhood. Helped me arrive at a reasonable listing price, marketed home correctly (no open houses). From listing to close of sale in under 80 days. Will definitely recommend and use him again in the future
