I was only trying to buy a few acres, it started off great, Diane was very responsive, we were going back-and-forth about a few offers via email, then I got no response, on five different emails. I stopped getting any response from Diane. So I called the office, and was told that the property sold, the day before I called.

Absolutely amazing experience !!! If you want to buy or sell, Diane's got what it takes to make it happen. She will guide you every step of the way. She is very respectful of your time and needs. I was looking to get a place with extra space for an aging parent. Diane found the perfect fit and had my home under contract is less than hours !! She was always mindful of keeping my parent from additional exposure during this pandemic. Fantastic experience !!

Diane did a great job of marketing and handling all the details associated with a unique property. As an out-of-town owner I was unable to be present and handle all the little (and some big) things that needed to get done. Diane stepped in and took care of everything, including hiring local people and working directly with service providers. I recommend her without reservation.

I don't give perfect stores so I will explain. Our home presented monumental challenges for Diane. She inherited us after an FHA inspection that turned up numerous problems. Diane recommended skilled subcontractors in the area that did a fast, and tremendous job in getting us up to snuff so we could go back on the market as quickly as possible. After that, we entertained several offers and she talked us through each one - explaining the pros and cons and keeping us abreast of the area competition. We have already recommended her to our daughter and Diane will be showing her homes this weekend in a different area from ours. Diane's knowledge of a very large real estate area is second to none we found in researching agents before selecting her. We made the right choice, for sure.
