Denise helped me sell my home when I was getting married and moving on. She actually found me. She was actively out looking at homes in the area and saw that I had a FSBO sign in my yard as she was driving by. I happened to be in my yard, so she stopped to ask me if she could see inside, so that if she had any potential buyers in the area, she could send them my way. As she looked my place over, she even gave me some tips. That day I had an open house and had few interests. But, after meeting and talking with Denise, I decided to hire her, because she showed initiative, assertiveness, enthusiasm and she seemed to have an upbeat and positive personality. I instantly liked her and knew I would like working with her. She did a fantastic job, and when the house sold a few months later, she was even able to set up the closing while I was out of town. She took care of everything! My new husband and I were so grateful for all of her help!

Denise has helped me buy a number of houses in the Vandergrift area. First in 2006 for family, then more recently four income properties in the past year. She definitely knows the market, and is great at guiding me toward good values, and guiding me away from bad deals. I plan to continue working with her as I build my real estate portfolio in the area.

We purchased our first home from Denise and had an amazing experience. She made sure to help us find a home with everything we wanted for our starter home. Now after 5 years on our current home we are going to be starting the process of selling and buying our forever home. We plan to go through all of it again with Denise. I highly recommend her, she's not just an amazing realtor she is also an amazing person!!

Denise helped us purchase our first home. I had certain specifications on a home and she worked hard for 1 year to find us the perfect place, and it is perfect. Thank you so much. She is a sweet, caring person with a bubbly personality who will work hard to get you what you want.
