Delena is a top-notch realtor and it was a pleasure to work with Delena and her team. She patiently and expertly guided us through some stressful times- selling and buying during a pandemic is possible! She was always quick to return an email or phone call. One of the most impressive things about Delena is the marketing she does for her sellers. Her team used drone technology and expert photography for their photos and beautiful full-color brochures and she sent out a large postcard to hundreds in the area. That really produced many showings and several offers. Delena is also a very nice person who is easy to talk with. We highly recommend her.

DeLena, I wanted to thank you so much for everything you did for my parents. After the tornado on Christmas Eve, they thought that everything was hopeless. Once I called you and explained what happened, you where the calm to their storm. Along the six month journey from tornado to sale, they questioned everything many times, and I always assured them that DeLena would make sure everything would be fine. And you did. You sold their house as soon as it was complete (and their 2 plots of land), as I knew you would. You have now been involved in 3 of our house sales and now my parents. DeLena Ciamacco is a wonderful realtor. She represented my husband and I on our recent home sale and separate land parcel sale.<br/><br/>DeLena provided prompt and personalized service. <br/><br/>The centralized showing service for showing notifications was a perk.<br/><br/>DeLena personally did all the negotiations with the buyer's agent. She definitely knew all the details of our home.<br/><br/>Despite the home selling process being tough at times, we always knew we were in knowledgeable hands. DeLena is a consummate real estate professional. She and her team proved time and again how incredibly thorough they know the home sales process. While her marketing approach is first-rate, I will always be most impressed with her incredible knowledge of the negotiation process when it comes to selling your home.
