Deirdra was an absolute godsend! Her knowledge of the market, the inventory of available homes and her willingness to listen to our desires, needs and what we wanted in the transaction made things go smoothly. We were able to locate our home On the 3rd showing, we went into contract and had a successful closing that happened 10 days early. Throughout the entire process she was outstanding with communication, is an excellent negotiator and is always looking out for her client's best interests. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Overall our experience w/ Deirdra was excellent. She negotiated our remedies perfectly and answered all our warranty questions & advised us wisely on whether to get one or not. This was our first home purchase & she really stuck by our preferences throughout the whole process. She also went to bat for us when negotiating with the other realtors. Signature one Realty really gave us the personal approach we were looking for. I highly recommend Jerry Ziglar & Deirdra Corbett to family & friends looking in a highly competitive housing market w/ multiple challenges in such a market.

I am incredibly thankful that I had Deirdra as my Realtor--she helped me to buy my first home! She was there every step of the way through the highs and the lows of this extremely stressful process. She answered all of my questions (I had a ton of them!). Most importantly, she encourged me to remain patient and trust in the Lord above that the right home would become mine.
