Selling a home is a 3 step process which can be either a nightmare or a pleasure. In our case, selling our home in Hartsville, SC, was an absolute pleasure and that doesn’t happen that often. We knew Deborah Gandy was the absolute top of realtor in Hartsville so we felt that would give us a real advantage and Deborah didn’t disappoint. The Planning step was thorough and informative. We had history, home sales data and the state of home selling & building in the area. In the actual Marketing & Selling phase, we had full exposure, many showings with valid comments from every potential buyer. Finally, after only a couple weeks, here comes a full price offer!! Finally, during the Contract, inspections and legal closing, Deborah was on top of everything from inspectors, contracts, attorneys and banking. Start to finish, this SC home was the easiest & smoothest transaction we’ve ever experienced over our half dozen home sales over the years. Deborah is a brilliant realtor. She knows the area, the people, and real estate to a degree that is incredible. With minimal information she found our dream home that we didn't even know we wanted, in an area that we didn't even know we wanted to live, in a price range that we didn't know was possible. We couldn't be happier with how quickly and simple she made the entire process and can not recommend her enough.
