Deana Bowen is the best Broker in the area! I'm new to North Carolina and didn't have a clue on the demographic area or housing market in the Onslow County area. I reached out to Deana after researching her credentials on the web and she's been a God sent! She stayed right by myside through the entire house buying process and made it a snap. From online video open house tours, prompt text responses, late night phone calls at my request, weekend showings and a three day visit to the coast to narrow down my search, Deana proved her value in every step of the process. She is a superb negotiator, her many years of real estate experience and knowlege of the coastal area are second to none. She was able to secure my dream home within budget, on time and in the exact location I was hoping for. Thank you Deana for everything, you will always be my go to realtor and my newest friend here in NC.

Deana was our realtor for a townhouse in Sneads Ferry. We started with using Bowen Property Management and Becky Stalcup, and they did an excellent job with communication and renting out the townhouse. Once I decided to let the lease expire and sell the house, Deana (owner & realtor) of Keller Williams did a fantastic job making the process smooth. She was always candid (tell you what you need to hear, not what you want), advised on pricing it correctly, knew the local market, was always responsive, and had it sold within a few days. Highly recommend for all your real estate needs, both as a buyer/seller or for property management.

Deana and Holly are the dynamic Duo! I reached out to them when my mother needed to see her home. Deana met us at the house and sat down at the kitchen table with us to discuss how the process worked. She was kind and lovely. One of the things that stood out to me was her details and explanation of how selling a home works. She walk us through the process every step of the way and when we had questions, she was quick to respond. Once a buyer came our way Holly then began to help us through the documents and the process of the closing. After the closing they sent us flowers of congratulations!
